For the further development of our innovative business model we are looking for a motivated Product Manager (m/f) in the product management department, preferably native speakers in German/ English, who can balance competition and teamwork, have integrity, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for excellence - to start ASAP.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ultimately, you are responsible for a valuable and viable product
- You set an inspiring vision, strategy and metrics for your product on which you create buy-in and alignment throughout the organization
- You understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth
- You have a constant and dedicated focus on your customers
- You drive a cross-functional team
Preferably you also have:
- Experience in building Fintech systems/ platforms
In any case, we would need a person who has great interest in the global institutional and financial markets and would like to explore the asset management industry.

Anforderungen
- 3-5+ years of Software Product Management experience leading a cross-functional team
- A proven track record of product launches where you have taken a product from concept to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, creating product roadmaps, driving UX decisions, and steering technical implementation discussions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English), native German language skills would be a major plus
- If you are a beginner, you also have a chance, if you can demonstrate your motivation
